Orders & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product: essential oils and extracts start at 25 kg, superfoods around 300 kg, and spices and dehydrated powders at 500 kg. We are flexible for trial orders and happily build mixed-product consolidated shipments so you can trial several lines in one container.
Can I combine multiple products in one shipment?
Yes — consolidation is one of our core strengths. Spices, powders, oils and extracts can ship together under a single set of export documents, FCL or LCL.
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. Through our audited processing partners, goods are packed under your brand with your artwork, barcodes and compliance text — from retail spice jars and makhana pouches to supplement-ready bulk with your labelling. Artwork support is included.
Shipping & Lead Time
What are your lead times?
Typically 1–2 weeks for essential oils and extracts and 2–3 weeks for spices and dehydrated products from order confirmation to vessel, subject to quantity and season. We confirm a realistic date before contract — and keep it.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB, CIF, CFR and, for established buyers, DDP on select lanes. Primary ports are Mundra, Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) and Cochin. Air freight is available for samples and urgent extract orders.
Do you ship LCL for smaller orders?
Yes. LCL, part-container and air options are available so smaller first orders don't have to wait for full-container volumes.
Payments & Samples
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are an advance with balance against shipping documents (T/T), and irrevocable Letters of Credit for larger contracts. Terms are agreed clearly in the proforma invoice before any commitment.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Product samples are free for genuine business inquiries; buyers cover courier charges. Pre-shipment production samples are also sent for approval on request.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our first quote is a working quote, not an opening gambit — built from live farm-gate prices. For volume contracts and annual commitments we structure pricing accordingly.
Quality, Packaging & Documentation
What certifications do you provide?
FSSAI, APEDA and IEC registrations stand behind every shipment; lots are handled under ISO 22000/HACCP-managed processes with COAs from NABL-accredited labs. Organic (NPOP/NOP/EU), halal and kosher certified lots are arranged on request.
How is the product packed for export?
Food-grade multi-wall bags or cartons with inner liners for dry goods; aluminium, epoxy-lined steel or HDPE drums for oils; nitrogen flushing and oxygen-barrier liners where colour or freshness demands it. Custom and retail packaging to your spec.
What documents accompany a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, COA, and market-specific documents such as health certificates, fumigation certificates, MSDS and GC-MS/HPLC reports.
Can you match a specification I already buy against?
Yes — send your current spec sheet and we will counter-sample against it. If we can't meet it honestly, we'll tell you before you spend anything.
