Black Pepper
Bold Malabar-origin black pepper in MG1 and TGSEB export grades, graded by bulk density from 500 to 580 g/l. High piperine content gives a sharp, lingering pungency prized by grinders, seasoning houses and oleoresin extractors alike.
Overview
Like all our spices, it is sourced against a written specification, sortex-cleaned, inspected at origin and released only with a lot-specific certificate of analysis from an NABL-accredited laboratory. Steam-sterilised, organic, halal and kosher lots can be arranged on request.
